From an early age, watching his grandfather frame houses sparked a lifelong passion in Sean Letchworth, owner of Letchworth Properties. Today, he specializes in building estate farmhouse homes across Northern Atlanta, driven by the excitement of seeing families settle into the homes he creates.

Back in 1993, Sean’s dream took off when he found a developer willing to sell him lots. With the backing of Larry Wallace at First Liberty, who believed in his vision, he secured his first construction loans—and soon more followed. Over the years, Letchworth Properties has built a range of developments, including a small townhouse project on Powers Ferry Rd., Arlington Pointe in Kennesaw, Arthur Hills in Acworth, and Estates at Old Jones Road in Alpharetta. The crown jewel, however, is Estates at Union Hill in Alpharetta, which best reflects Sean’s commitment to craftsmanship and quality.
